Tim, a co-founder and Director of Energy in-Focus, has 25 years E & P industry experience in drilling and completions engineering and operations, including five years in exploration and development assignments in Indonesia and Pakistan.

He has planned, engineered, resourced and managed operations in exploration and development wells in technically - and logistically - challenging environments.

He has also worked as a technical adviser and operational risk auditor to well projects management teams.

He has coached Clients in the implementation of business improvement processes to ensure the delivery of high performing wells projects.

He is currently managing a multi-well development programme of gas fields in the UK Southern Gas Basin. He has been a member of SPE for 20 years and actively supports its Continuing Education Seminars and Forum Series. He has co-authored two drilling and completions conference papers.
